- 日本人の代わりに、現場で責任持って設備施工管理してくれる方を求む現場をしきって利益を出してくれる人材。
- 今後は日本人がいなくても現場を任せられる状態にしたい（今後は日本人駐在員ではなく、ベトナム人になるべく任せていきたい。日本人は循環させればいいだけにしたい）
- ハノイで採用するが、工事期間中はハイフォンなど地方へ数か月以上赴任する可能性有り
- We are looking for someone who can take responsibility and manage equipment construction on site instead of a Japanese person. A person who can manage the site and make a profit.
- In the future, we would like to be able to take over the worksite even without Japanese personnel (from now on, we would like to leave it to Vietnamese people as much as possible, rather than Japanese expatriates. We would like to just let the Japanese people circulate).
- We will hire in Hanoi, but there is a possibility that you will be assigned to a rural area such as Hai Phong for several months or more during the construction period.

- 社員数： ハノイ35名
- 賞与： テト13か月目 最低1カ月（年1回テト前が普通）、その他特別賞与（有・無）
- 昇給： 年1回
- Number of employees: Hanoi 35 people
- Bonus: 13th month of Tet, at least 1 month (usually once a year before Tet), other special bonuses (with or without)
- Salary increase: Once a year
Yêu cầu công việc
- 電気または機械空調、工事の施工管理責任者としての経験が10年以上ある人
- 日本語（又は英語）が業務に支障なく話せる方
- 日系サブコンさんで勤務した経験がある方、又は大手ベトナム・外資会社での施工管理した実績が豊富な方
- 10 years or more of experience as a construction manager for electrical or mechanical air conditioning or construction work.
- Can speak Japanese (or English) without any problem in their work.
- Have experience working at a Japanese subcontractor or have a rich track record of construction management at a major Vietnamese or foreign company.
