• Adhere to follow company’s transition and projectmanagement.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned product lines, market areas, assigned geography or account base.
• Take a solution products responsibility (maybe cross-functional, cross-organization, crossservice, involving 3rd parties) to propose and/or delivery to the customer.
• Analyse and qualify requirements from customer and to propose solution that meet the customer’s business requirements.
• Solution presentation and documentation to customer.
• Work with customer and FB teams (delivery management, delivery manager, staffing, infrastructure/tools, etc.) to handover and manage projects on schedule, within budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Participate in technical discovery, kick-off meetings with customers.
• Responsible to resolve and/or to propose acceptable solutions for technical issues faced during proposing and delivery of solutions/services.
• Drive strategies to minimize problems related to proposed solutions.
• Manage and deploy POC to customer, responsible for managing quality, delivery time, cost of project and leading them to success.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability of utilizing common language and a communication style tailored to the receiver’s level of understanding
• Strong communication skills – spoken, written and presentation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• English fluently – speaking, listening, and writing
Professional Experience
• Min 3 years of experience in IT environment
• Min 1 years of experience in working as pre/post-sales role
• Experience in working in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment… is preferred
• Knowledge of general Computer Network, Operating Systems, Virtualization
• Nice to Have Experience: Management, implement, configuration, support of DMS/ECM, ERP, CRM, RPA
Education/Academic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Relevant technology certifications
