• End-user support for PC, software, PDA, etc.
• User account and Microsoft 365 administration – Intune / MECM administration
• Windows 11 troubleshooting and software installation
• Basic PC, network and firewall support – IT asset and inventory management

• Incident and security incident handling
• Vendor coordination
• User training and IT guidance

Occasional support at vendor factories may also be required with prior approval

• Education background: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

• Work experience:

  + Junior: 1–3 years of experience in System Engineering, Infrastructure, System Administration, or IT Support.

  + Middle: 3–5+ years of experience in system implementation and infrastructure operation.

• Good communication skills and a flexible working attitude
