• Overall management of product development, improvement, and technical proposals related to industrial and architectural paints
• Management of paint quality control and quality assurance (QC/QA) operations
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting in response to client requests
• Managing and developing technical staff (Vietnamese employees)
• Technical proposal activities through customer visits and cooperation with the sales department
• Technical negotiations with material manufacturers and suppliers

• Salary Range: Gross 35,000,000 ～ 40,000,000 VND (Negotiable)

• Graduated from University
• MUST English Business communication . Japanese is not required

• Experience in working in Japanese company
• Experience in working at paint makers, construction materials (waterproofing material maker), industrial chemicals makers, or printing-related technology manufacturers
• Experience working at construction sites
• Candidates with several years of experience in the painting/coating field (e.g., powder coating) are preferred
• Knowledge of the manufacturing process of paints and the characteristics of raw materials
• Knowledge of VOCs (volatile organic compounds), REACH (Registration Evaluation Authorization Restriction of Chemical substances) regulations, RoHS (Restrict of Hazardous Substances), and chemical regulations in Vietnam
• Ability to negotiate contracts and set good prices with suppliers
• Ability to coordinate with other internal departments and global suppliers
• Experience in discussions with supervisors and giving instructions to subordinates
• Others (if have):

– Understand the direction of the Japanese management and ability to transmiss the content to the Vietnamese
employees.
– Good communication skills.
– Ability to collect information and solve problems.
