1. Technical Support
• Respond to technical inquiries related to product specifications, selection, and applicability
• Provide technical support to sales teams and distributors
• Support technical explanations to customers, consultants, and M&E contractors
• Advise on technical feasibility and risk from a technical standpoint

2. Quotation and Specification Review
• Review specifications, drawings, and technical requirements for quotations
• Ensure consistency between technical conditions and quotation content
• Prevent issues caused by misunderstanding or incorrect specifications
• Review quotation and specification work prepared by the subordinate

3. Claims and Technical Issues
• Conduct initial technical assessment of claims and non-conformance cases
• Coordinate with HQ and overseas factories to investigate causes and responses
• Support technical explanations to sales teams and distributors

4. Technical Documentation and Knowledge Management
• Organize and manage product specifications, drawings, and technical documents
• Develop internal technical materials, FAQs, and simple manuals
• Promote standardization and reduce dependency on individual knowledge

5. Management Duties
• Manage and supervise one Technical Support staff member
• Improve workflows, response quality, and turnaround time
• Strengthen collaboration with the sales team

6. Overseas Technical Communication
• Handle technical communication with HQ and overseas factories in English
• Conduct technical email correspondence and online meetings

• Reporting line: General Director (GD)

• Salary: Approximately VND 30,000,000 gross per month (Slight adjustment possible based on experience; large changes are not allowed)
• Bonus: 13th-month salary and based on business results
• Insurance: Social insurance as per Vietnam Labor Law.
• Work Environment: Professional Japanese corporate environment.
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00–17:00

Mandatory Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• Basic technical knowledge of mechanical or building services equipment
• Ability to read and explain technical documents, specifications, and drawings
• Experience in quotation and specification review
• English is mandatory (technical emails and online meetings)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with valves, piping, building services, or industrial equipment
• Experience working with overseas factories or HQ
• Understanding of distributor-based B2B business
• Experience in small-team leadership or management
