- To be in-charge of each project as a project leader
- Support Transfer Pricing audits (working directly with Authorities or give advices to clients via e-mail, phones, etc.)
- Develop skills of staffs by conducting internal training etc. together with Japanese Tax specialist members as well as Vietnamese colleagues
- Instruct subordinate to let them perform procedures for preparing each report
- Control staff assignment and monitor progress of each project
- Conduct external seminar regarding TP topics together with seminar PIC
- Participate in business development efforts including assisting with the evaluation of new business opportunities and proposal preparation
Quyền lợi được hưởng
- Salary: 35 ~ 50 mil VND Gross
- Bonus 13th salary and performance bonus (depends on working result)

Yêu cầu công việc
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably with a degree in Economics, Law, Tax, Accounting, Finance
- At least 4 or 5 years of experiences in Transfer Pricing area.
- Strong logical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced excel, word and reporting skills
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Dedicated, innovative, and able to work under pressure
- Fluently in written & spoken English and Vietnamese
- Good experience in staff / assignment management
