• Construction project design centered on factory projects (architectural design, floor plan, blueprint creation).
• Create drawings from scratch using CAD.
• An understanding of fire safety and building regulations is required.

Minimum monthly income: From 20 million VND * Gross lower limit is a reference value
Maximum monthly income: Up to 25 million VND * Gross Depends on experience, age and ability
Additional salary can be considered for human resources who have solid experience in Japan and return to their home country.

Bonus: 1 month (usually once a year before Tet), other special bonuses:
Salary increase: Once a year *If there is, when:
・Welfare: Social insurance system based on law is applied
・Average overtime hours per month: Usually around 10:00 to 20 hours per month. Occurs within 50 hours even during busy season
・Overtime: paid in full separately

Work location: Hanoi office (basically no business trips to industrial parks)
Working Hours (Break): Monday-Friday Saturday mornings only
