-Manage, plan, design and execute policies/strategy/methods for the Industrial Engineering (IE) section to ensure that IE operations are completed on time, within budget and as per the set goals.

-Lead and implement project related to production line expanding/modifying and maintenance of machine, related equipment…etc.

-Lead and improve machine operation capacity, machine safety performance and productivity.

-Lead and develop strong IE Team: evaluation, training, talent development, motivation & other job assigned by Senior.

-University graduation in major of engineering.

-Minimum of 3-5 years experience at management role in manufacturing field preferred.

-Good knowledge on the concept of Industrial Engineering & experience in the same field, project management experience.

-Good in English.

-Strong people management & leadership skill.

-Good in logical, analytical &problem solving skill.

-Good understanding in automation machine.

-Leadership and teamwork, Sunao mind, creative & innovate.
