– Understanding and analyzing the situation of company employees, the labor market, and the company’s related industries, etc.
– Discovery and formation of company-wide organizational and personnel issues, prioritization according to management strategy
– Strategic planning for problem solving, materialization of solutions
– Building relationships of trust with subordinates, dissemination and thorough implementation of policies
– Respond flexibly to difficult situations and contribute to the improvement of sales and profits
Quyền lợi được hưởng
– Working time: 8:30 – 17:30
– Net: 3,000 USD (negotiable depending on skill)

Yêu cầu công việc
– Age rank: 30~50
– Managed company/ manager at least 5 years (IT or Trade or Marketing)
– Fluently English (business level)
– Bachelor’s degree
– Technical Skills:
+ Ascertaining and analyzing the situation of the entire company
+ Knowledge of the company’s profit and loss structure and coefficients
+ Human resource management to promote personnel strategy
