• Warehouse & Logistics Operator shall take care of the company warehouse and inventory
  management under the supervision and make delivery to customer’s location on time and safe.
• Accurate inventory picking and packing as well as checking the documents. Protect and maintain inventory in good condition.
• Reporting line: Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader
•  Expected for commence of work: Expected for commence of work: from October 20th 2024, prefers ASAP
• Implementation of order picking and packing based on the approved sales orders and deliverynotes
• Deliver inventory to customer on time and safe in a good condition
• Manage domestic logistics and punctuate delivery at each region
• Maintain warehouse cleanness and tidiness
• Maintain vehicles in a good condition
• Monthly support in inventory check and making record
• Support in investigation on inventory discrepancy
• Report obsolete items to Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader
• Support in creating documentation and data analysis

Technical and soft skills:

– Essential:

• A1 (for motorbike) and/or B2 (for car and pick-up truck) driving licences holder
• Well emotions management, the must of personalities: high responsible, polite, honest and careful
• Able to work under pressure with positive attitude, mind service and honesty
• Commit to obey traffic rules and laws
• No driving licenses confiscation in the past

– Desirable:

• • Males from 25 ~ 35 years old preferred
  • Be able to use his personal motorbikes
  • English communication skills: casual daily conversation level
  • Have experiences in warehouse or logistics company
  • Ability to use Microsoft skills (Excel)

Experience:

• At least 3 years of work experiences as warehouse operator and/or delivery driver
