· Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, material issuing, and inventory control.
· Ensure accurate and timely material supply to production lines.
· Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and physical inventory.
· Monitor warehouse KPIs and implement continuous improvement activities.
· Ensure compliance with safety regulations, 5S standards, environmental requirements, and company policies.
· Lead, train, assign work, and evaluate warehouse staff.
· Coordinate with Production, Production Planning (PPC), Purchasing, Quality, Import & Export, and other related departments.
· Optimize warehouse layout and material flow to improve operational efficiency.
· Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective and preventive actions.
· Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse operation reports for management.

Yêu cầu công việc
1. Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations within a manufacturing environment.
- At least 3 years of supervisory or team leader experience in managing a raw material warehouse.
- Experience in the electronics, automotive, electrical equipment, or precision manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Experience working in a Japanese manufacturing company is an advantage.
3. Professional Knowledge
- Good understanding of warehouse management processes, including receiving, storage, material issuing, inventory control, and material flow management.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles such as FIFO, FEFO, Kanban, and Just-in-Time (JIT).
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
- Familiar with cycle counting, physical inventory, and inventory reconciliation.
- Basic knowledge of import and export procedures is an advantage.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IATF 16949 requirements related to warehouse operations is preferred.
4. Skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Motor manufacturing or the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Experience with barcode systems, warehouse automation, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Forklift operation certification or practical experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and 5S.
- Experience managing imported materials and bonded warehouse operations in an Export Processing Enterprise (EPE) is preferred.
- Forklift driving experience is an advantage.
