- Wholesale Manager shall work closely with GM of Brand & Sales and be in charge for overseeing Sales in general local market in Vietnam, responsible for training and supervising the team
- Reporting line: GM of Brand & Sales (or Sales Manager)1. **Work location and commitment**
– Contract term: Full-time based in Ho Chi Minh city (at the company office and shops)
– Working hour: 48 hour per week.
– Overtime may be required in line with the nature of work and the manager’s assignment.2. **Responsibilities**
– Oversee and coordinate wholesale team, report on team and individual performance
– Educate account staff on our products by administering training
– Coordinate daily customer service operations (sales processes, orders and payments)
– Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
– Analyse sales statistics to identify areas of improvement, develop and execute innovative sales strategies
– Be responsible for sales growth to ensure it meets the company’s sales targets
– Constantly promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships, build and form new partnerships with clients, increase the number of active customers, listings, and overall distribution presence in Vietnam
– Plan and execute a daily schedule of calls and market visits for assigned sales route
– Ensure maximum brand visibility and space allocation within each account

Yêu cầu công việc
1. **Technical and soft skills:**
**Essential:**
– Ability to lead and motivate the team of wholesale for achieving goals and targets in a good manner
– Ability to build rapport with clients, to work under pressure with calm and polite attitude
– Strong team management and leadership skills
– Strong planning ability, organizational and time management skills
– Detail and results-driven oriented personalities, proactive and upbeat working manners
– Business level of English communication ability including speaking and writing skills
– Familiarity with CRM systems
**Desirable:**
– University Graduation/ bachelor’s degree (any majors)
– Wine education, knowledge, and qualification, passionate in Wine
2. **Experience:**
– At least 3 years of work experiences as sales manager in the wine industry, or
– At least 5 years of work experiences as sales supervisor/manager, customer relationship manager preferably in the high-end class of retail/hospitality industry
