Wine Shop Salesperson shall be in charge for building and maintaining strong relationships with
current and new clients, identifying sales opportunities and increasing them, optimizing the brand
recognition and image of .
Reporting line: Wine Shop Manager

1. **Work location and commitment:**
– Full-time role based in Ho Chi Minh City (at Shop located in Takashimaya shopping mall)
– Working hour: 48 hours per week in shifts; shifts shall be defined in the interview.
– Overtime outside of core shop may be required in line with the nature of work and the manager’s schedule.

2. **Responsibilities:**
– Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
– Monitor reservations and daily walk-in visitors.
– Ensure wine shop cleanliness and organize maintenance of the facility.
– Respond to emails and phone inquiries in a timely manner.
– Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting and selling our wines to customers.
– Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
– Track inventory of wine, retail items, and general supplies.
– Pack shipments, organize delivery, and ensure accurate records on orders.
– Execution of onsite events in coordination with the Wine Shop Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

1. **Technical and soft skills:**
**Essential:**
– Passion for sales, people, eventually and ideally wine.
– Flexible schedule, ability to work in peak times.
– Competent computer skills.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and in a team.
– Ability to lift 40 lbs frequently, manage stairs easily, and work on feet.

**Desirable:**
– Wine education and qualification.

2. **Experience:**
– At least 1 year of work experience in sales in the wine industry, or
– At least 3 years of work experience in sales at bars, restaurants, preferably in high-end retail/hospitality.
